Espelt “Saulo” 2005                7/30
We picked this up cuz the label had a
lemming on it.  Turns out it is good….
International Wine Cellar gave this 89
points and it’s directly from Eric
Solomon's portfolio. "Dark red. Inky,
expansive aromas of pure, fresh red and
dark berries. Open-knit raspberry and
blackberry fruit and an absence of
obvious tannins make this lush blend
delicious right now. Subtle spice notes on
the finish. A killer deal."
Alto Almanzora “Este” 2005                6/28
90 points from Wine Library, this Spanish
table wine pairs well with most anything.
It’s friggin’ delicious.  A tempranillo,
monastrell, and cab blend, it’s a great
value with black cherry, black currants,
mocha and a savoury coffee.
La Piece Sous le Bras VdP        2005
7/30
Vin de pays, this wine rated 92 points with
Robert Parker.  This wine is a chateaux
neuf (that means it’s a burgundy).  A hearty,
easy drink red that actually excited us…
even though its French.  Primarily syrah,
with some cab and merlot, this blend lends
hints of pears and delicious fruits.
Santa Ema Merlot 2005                8/34
A Chilean merlot but it’s so much more.
Robert Parker gave this 91 points.  This
thing tastes like white chocolate with
roasted nuts and vanilla. Non-traditional
merlot that you will love.  Worried?  Ask
your server for a taste first.
Sierra Cantabaria Rijoa 2005        7/30
From the Spanish region of Rijoa, this
tempranillo is a great value.  Light, fruity,
and medium bodied, this is a great spring
and summer red with lots of stuffing.
Stella Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
2006                        5/20
From the Abruzzo region, this
montepulciano is an enormous and
undervalued Italian red that pairs well
with red meat and cheese.  It’s easy drinking
and appropriate for a Chianti lover.
Crush Pad  2002                6/ 24
Blended locally and fully organic, Crush
Pad is an awesome blend with a majority of
cab.  Here’s to Atlanta.
Barone Fini Merlot  2005                7/28
An Italian merlot....  Who’d of thunk it.
This is a great merlot  from Trentino and
embodies exactly what a merlot should be.
Niner Syrah 2004                    13/30
Familiar with Shiraz, this is the classic
Syrah.  Both from the same grape, this
syrah hails from Cali and Niner only
produced 780 cases.  With hints of cherry
and black berry, this syrah is a killer
boutique wine best enjoyed by the bottle.

Stella Pinot Grigio  2006                6/24
Light bodied with a light green color, this a
great, traditional PG from Italy.  So good
that it is our house white.
Val di Sil “Montenovo”  2006        7/28
This wine is 100% Godello.  What the hell
does that mean?  Who cares.  It’s fruity, easy
drinking and most comparable to an
albarino, but frankly it’s better.  Try a taste,
cuz it’s a great spring and summer cheese
wine.
Crios Torrentes 2007                8/32
90 points by Robert Parker.  Torrontes is a
close relative to the Albarino but grown in
South America.  This vintage is a stellar
example of a great white wine.  This guy
named Nick once told me tasting wine is 90%
through the nose.  Well here goes….
Completely floral, easy drinking and
intensely interesting, it may even cover up
the smell of the dumpster if you’re on the
patio!!!
Rudi Wiest Riesling 2006                8/30
Made by the most respect wine master in
Germany, this Riesling is fruity with peach
and apricot, but finishes dry.  The balance
between fruit and acid is outrageous for
this price point.
Cartlidge & Brown Chardonnay 2006
8/30
For those seeking the classic California
chardonnay profile, this is the perfect
selection.  Fruity and light with a buttery
and mild oak finish this is a chardonnay
pleaser.
Miguel Torres Rose 2007                7/30
The most undervalued wine of all time, rose
is finally breaking through.  This rose
drinks like a cab, but is lighter in color and
refreshing for warmer weather.  I highly
recommend this wine and suggest that it is
completely misunderstood so drink it!!!
Vinum Chenin Blanc 2006                8/30
The ultimate bistro wine, this wine exhibits
ripe exotic fruits, notably pineapple, baked
quince, wild limes, as well as honeycomb,
almond oil and a nervy minerality
